The must of Lambrusco Grapes are cooked for 72 hours at 80°C to produce the Saba.
It is used as a replacement for sugar in cooking sweet dishes, making jams and fruit salad. It is also used to accentuate the aroma in dishes.
The Saba is distinctive as it is naturally sweet and harmonic.
