The Balsamo di Mela is obtained from apple, and it originates from an ancient Modenese recipe.
The product is obtained from soaking the apples, cooking the pulp followed by acidification in wooden barrels of the Apple tree for five years, so that the perfume and taste is intensified.
Uses: chicken and turkey meat, vegetables, roast meat, cheeses and on fresh fruit especially melon and fig.
