Frisee


The frisée (also known as chicory) is the perfect addition to salads with its slight nutty and peppery taste, also adding depth with a mild bitterness that makes for the perfect cleansing spring tonic.

It is best served with our selection of heirloom tomatoes and French cheeses. Drizzle with a vinaigrette of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
